Hi there! My name is Beth. Welcome! Here at Peaceful Moments Candle Co., my desire is to help you create your own peaceful moments, anywhere you are, anytime, day or night. My goal is to help bring you peace and relax you, mind and body.

I have always loved candles. They have intrigued me from the beginning. There is something so special, so mesmerizing about them. They give off the most magical glow. They are absolutely beautiful. I am a person who loves a great smelling candle.

I am a stay at home mom of four. Over time, I have become more intentional about what kind of candles I burn in my home. I began to do a lot of research to learn how to make my own candles. I wanted to ensure that what I created was a safe product that I would feel good about exposing my kids to.

All of my candles are hand made and poured in small batches in our cozy Minnesota home. My candles are made with 100% pure soy wax that is paraffin-free and grown here in the U.S. The wicks used in my candles are made of cotton, and are lead and zinc free to give you the most clean burn. All fragrances used are phthalate-free, and are blended with essential oils. Every choice made in creating these candles was carefully considered, so you can rest assured that you are getting the absolute best!

Why is trimming your wicks so important?

* It is extremely important to trim your wicks before each burn after the first initial burn. When your candle arrives, it will be ready to burn with no trimming necessary. But before each other time you light it, the wick needs to be trimmed. Be careful not too trim too short. Trimming helps your candle burn evenly and allows for the cleanest and safest burn. If you don't trim your wicks, it can cause your wicks to get too long and to curl over and then the wick would dip down into the melted wax and extinguish the flame.
