Shipping policy

Shipping and processing of orders can take between 5-10 business days. Please try to be patient. This is a small business and every order will be put together as soon as possible and shipped out to you. During the warmer months, shipping may be delayed in order to prevent melting of candles. I will only be shipping on Monday and Tuesdays during these times. It is your responsibility to track your package and to retrieve it from your mailbox as quickly as possible. These are pure soy candles and cannot be left in the heat for too long or they will melt. 

Once your package has left Peaceful Moments Candle Co, I will not be responsible for any damage which might occur in the shipping process. Refunds and replacements will not be given for products damaged or lost or stolen during shipping. I have no control over what happens to your package once it has left my candle studio. You will need to reach out to your carrier and file a claim.
